Iron Workers Local Union No. 399 Wage Rates

Local #399 has accepted a wage freeze for
July1, 2010

The current contract will be extended until June 30, 2013 .

EFFECTIVE July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011 Ironworkers Local Union #399, Westville, New Jersey will establish  the current CBA pay package to be distributed as follows:

Gross Taxable Wage: $40.00 
 
Employee deduction: $8.54
Adjusted Wage:   $31.46 
  
Employer Benefits Contributions: 
Pension:$10.55 per hours worked
Welfare Fund: $7.20 per hours worked

Employer Voucher Contributions:
Annuity Fund: $5.50 per hour
Joint Apprentice Fund: $0.70 per hour
Impact/IAI Fund: $0.65 per hour
Target Fund: $0.00per hour
Total:  $6.85 per hour

Employee Voucher Deductions:
Vacation Fund: $6.25 per hour
Work Assessment: $2.00 per hour
LU 399 PAC Fund: $0.25 per hour
IPAL Fund:  $0.04 per hour
Total : $8.54 per hour
     
   
*The Employee deduction of $8.54 will be used in combination with the Employer contribtion of $6.85 to purchase the combined voucher of $15.39 per hour.

Total Package for July 1, 2011- June 30, 2012:
$64.60

Total Package for July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
$67.60

The Foreman Rate is $3.00 per hour above the Journeyman gross wage and General Foreman is $5.00 per hour above the Journeyman gross wage rate providing they are safety qualified.
 
Two (2) hours show-up time on first day dispatch from Union Hall, One (1) hour show-up time thereafter.

APPRENTICE RATES: 
1st year rate (60%): $27.42 + full benefits

2nd year rate (75%): $32.14 + full benefits

3rd year rate (85%): $35.28 + full benefits
